I've written two different tasks for the toolbox:

FLAN's chain-of-thought datasets
"Guess the Instruction" task with the Dolly dataset. Both of these should give future models further reasoning capabilities and general knowledge.

Dolly dataset now implemented in #26 and FLAN data is included within OpenOrca, making this PR pretty much redundant. Closing.
