Radar imitators made by Serbian(Former Yugoslav) engineers during operation allied force, the imitator units would simulate the FCR of S-125 and 2K12 Kub with the help of radar reflectors to lure HARM missiles away from the actual FCR. Officers who served on these systems stated HARM missiles would miss their FCR by 400m.

NATO launched over 400 HARM missiles during operation allied force and most of the Yugoslav air defenses were intact by the end of the war.
