Summary of Changes

Many of the missiles in the game use SARH and I have never understood this unless of course its to simplify game mechanics. The following systems use Command Guidance:

1. SA-2 all variants
2. SA- 3 all variants
3. SA-4
4. SA-8
5. SA-15
6. SA-19
7. SA-22 There are many visual clues to this on both missile and tracking radar. Most have rear facing antenna's (beacon transponder aerials) or flares (if optically tracked).

There are several variants of command guidance used here including CLOS, SACLOS, ACLOS, Full Lead, Partial Lead...

As I think that this may be me stating the obvious, I have only included the first two with image references. Its one of the reasons these early beasts fired so many missiles in a salvo.

This was a game fix. I think its was raised on the old forum a few times. It does make a fundamental difference given how many systems can be cued by the onboard optical systems without emissions.

Might have been by me on a different username, I need to check for any email confirmations I got back then. Certainly EO plus a tiny bit of MG would make a huge difference to system survivability.
