TEL count is based on amount of missiles ordered (approx 700) and 21 Btys and assumes half of missiles will be on magazines. I will provide more info when more details ae known.
He said two iLaunchers in final configuration but initial deployment may be one iLauncher.
He also confirmed 'ZDPSR Bystra' radar, but not much is known about it except:
C band
Range: 80 km
Vertical FOV: 70
AESA
IFF
360 degree coverage
2s refresh time
Can detect hovering helicopters
Can track targets
Measures to make emissions intercept less likely
Countermeasures against ARM missiles
Optimized for small RCS targets
Resistance to passive emissions and jamming
Based on Zubr/P chassis (3.5 t)
Crew: 2
Equipped with secure radio comms
Datalink for missiles is needed as well(Aster Command Datalink - 16 channels)
I believe each TEL has 8 channel data link so we should have 2xAster Command Datalink [8 channels] - ID 30.
Magazines
As each gun usually has a magazine of two Piorun or Grom missiles (described in https://github.com/PygmalionOfCyprus/cmo-db-requests/issues/2176) the total for Bty should be 12 of either of missiles (the missiles are interchangeable). I recommend putting Piorun missile as default.
Based on amount of missiles ordered (approx 700) and 21 Btys I think there should be 16 CAMM missiles on magazines (Weapon 3735 Sky Sabre [Land Ceptor]).

Additionally each ZUR-23-2SP Jodek gun has its own optoelectronic head (I added the request for this gun in https://github.com/PygmalionOfCyprus/cmo-db-requests/issues/2176). So there will be 6 optoelectronic heads total.
Mounts
6 x ZUR-23-2SP Jodek (requested in https://github.com/PygmalionOfCyprus/cmo-db-requests/issues/2176) 2 x TEL iLauncher (8 Missiles each) for Weapon 3735 Sky Sabre [Land Ceptor] on Jelcz Chassis

NOTE: 2 x TEL was confirmed by a spokesman of Armaments Agency (col. Platek) in a tweet. https://twitter.com/krzysztof_atek/status/1577250476659118081

Pilica+ is based on PSA-A Pilica system, requested in https://github.com/PygmalionOfCyprus/cmo-db-requests/issues/2177.
That request provides more sources of original system (all components are shared, CAMM TELs and Bystra Radar are the only addition).
