Like all aircraft with the Aries EW system the array of directional transmitting horn antennas is located in the nose cone and can be pointed towards the RF source, ECM antennas are also located in a rear radome. The omnidirectional ELINT antenna is located below the fuselage while the rotating direction finding ELINT antenna is mounted above the vertical stabiliser. It uses the ELT/ALQ-1 to 5 transmitting antennas (1-18GHz) and receiving antennas of the type: ELT/RMB-6M (RMB: Ricevitore Multibanda) and ELT-113/213. The video analyser used is the ELT-777. The equipment is digital.
