Update/correction for HESA Shafaq

Aircraft 6177

Add 1x 30mm autocannon, probably GSH-30-1. The aircraft were supposedly to have 30mm in LERX port.
Reduce engine number from 2 to 1. The aircraft model were show that it only have a single engine.
Add multimode radar, probably Bayyenat-II radar (Sensor/6998). And also add generis IRST, RWR and MAWS. " a modern radar with a range of only 80 km plus a small infrared sensor in front of the windshield"
Add Generic chaff/flare dispenser.
Add YAK-131`s loadout (except remove 23mm, replace R-73 with Fatter and replace 450 liter with 340 liter drop tank) with addition to:

BVR loadout
- 4x R-77 (Weapon/273)
- 2x Fatter (Weapon/4159)
- 3x 340 liter drop tank

Maverick/Bina loadout
- 4x AGM-64 Maverick (Weapon/950)
