I'd like to add a few things to this request:
Ratni Brodovi Jugoslavenske Ratne Mornarice 1945-1991, Zvonimir Freivogel, Zagreb 2021, ISBN: 9789533660042 https://imgur.com/Ug2jhoo https://imgur.com/N9YONAF
The periscope was the most advanced which Yugo subs ever had and has night vision. The Una Class would have been used for reconnaissance missions near enemy shores aswell:

Periskop Barr&Stroud CK032 opremljen za nocno opazovanje
Periscope Barr & Stroud CK032 equipped for night observation
The Barr & Stroud periscope has excellent optical properties and the possibility of night observation, but they did not buy an azimuth plate connected to a gyrocompass that would allow the submarine commander to directly read the azimuth in the eyepiece.
Periskop Barr&Stroud ima odlicne opticne lastnosti in moznost nocnega opazovanja, niso pa kupili azimut plosce povezame s zirokompasom ki bi poveljniku podmornice omogucile neposredno odcitavanje azimuta v okularju.
CK032 periscope: #2228

Comments
P914 Zeta captured by Croatia 1991 and renamed P-01 Velebit, it was put through a modernization which saw a diesel generator fitted to greatly improve its endurance as well as upgraded sensors. This came at the expensive of some batteries.
Conflicting data on surface/submerged top speed. Provided the high and low numbers from sources. May actually be full/flank.
