Update for Portuguese multifunctional naval platform #4014

Summary of Changes

Add hangar facilities for Helos and UAVs as indicated per source material. Currently only open parking is available.

Below plan images show a helicopter hanger that can support an NH-90 in the rear of the island and a small garage type UAV hangar in the forward section of the island.

Also appears at least 4x crew served .50 cal HMGs will be fitted.
