Summary of Changes

S-400 Users namely, China and Algeria have Inaccurate missiles in their load-outs. 40N6 Missiles should be deleted. Turkey and India, despite being recent purchasers, lack this potent missile, and the S-400s poor performance at range shows that the 40N6 has yet to enter widespread use, let alone export.

9M96 Missiles should be present in China's S-400 unit, given its purchase of 250 of such missiles.

Belarus should gain S-400 facility, given it is likely 2nd Hand.

China's 40N6E loadout is accurate. China does have the 40N6E missile as it was delivered in 2020-2021 after a ruined batch from seawater (this should not be deleted). Also Algeria may have it as well, but it's not confirmed so this should be removed - Algeria only has 48N6E3 it seems, unless evidence otherwise. China is the only known foreign users of 40N6E I believe. You're right, Turkey and India though, do NOT have the 40N6E yet as far as information goes. Turkey and India only have the 48N6E3

As for 9M96E2, Turkey and China are indeed confirmed to be using them as you suggest.

Would be good to add a facility of -8x TEL for both Turkey and China that use 4x 9m96dm and 3x 48N6DM per TEL for Turkey and China -8x TEL for China that uses 4x 9m96dm and 3x 40N6E per TEL. As shown from satellite pics, each TEL in a battery has 1 quad rail for 9m96e2 missiles. This configuration is confirmed. Turkey and China's 9m96dm/48n6dm battery will have: -32x 9m96dm missiles, 24x 48n6dm missiles China's 9m96dm/40n6 battery will have: 32x 9m96dm missiles, 24x 40n6 missiles

Good find. Randomly found Indian S-400 TEL? with potential 9m96. Lack of good sat images of Indian S-400s also restricting, as every Indian News Sources sites the 400 km range. Lack of credible sources also an issue

The Indian S400 with 9M96 quad and Turkiye S400 with 9M96 quad and Algerian 9M96 etc and S-350 I think have all been requested at least once. I think it's probably on a to do list?

safe to say that it's confirmed the PRC has deployed 9x TEL from that picture all with at least 1 quad rail with 9m96e2 missiles. so that would be 36 9m96e2 missiles and 27 40n6e missiles per battery

As for Turkey or India, no photos yet showing their battery configuration but there is for PRC. So the facility for SA-21a/b 9m96dm + 40N6E should be added (9 TEL with 36 9m96dm + 27 40n6e missiles) for the PRC air defense forces
