Forward-swept wings create significant structural challenges for aircraft, I think it's unlikely that the Su-47 could match the Su-27's payload under the wings. It's possible that it would be unable to carry anything, indeed.

Comments
the Su47 was conceived as a technical demonstrator to prove new aircraft design and manufacturing concepts by the Sukhoi design bureau and was never intended to enter actual service, hence it's combat systems and weapons loadouts are entirely hypothetical with what would have been available at the time.
The engines used on this aircraft were fully 3D thrust vector capable and its forward swept wings give it unparallel agility (agility 5.5?)
while it was reported to have at least some limited stealth features such as divertless supersonic intakes, composite airframe and an internal weapons bay as well as unconfirmed reports of RAM being used. This should at least make this aircraft in the LO range.
