Growler under wing outer pylons now cleared to use AIM-9X. Also F/A-18EF Super Hornet cleared for same under wing pylons apparently in response to Houthis drone operations. Presume Sidewinder costs less than AMRAAM?

2045 RAAF Growler already requested, appears adaptation is now cleared on US aircraft.
