Satellites Update [WIP] #5242

Satellite: FIVE, China, Others (formerly Select), Russia

Capabilities: SBIR, Comms, SAR, SIGINT, EO, Special (Space Situation Awareness, Proximity Operation, Space Based Anti-space/Weapon launcher etc.)

Comms lacking because I skipped those thinking they wouldn't be modeled soon.

Current areas of interest: US-Starshield (new), SDA (update/additional for tracking, new for transport (comms), also correction (separating TL/TL), Hawk ELINT (update/additional (groups 2-10)), IECYE (update/additional), Classfied (EO (KH-11/12 etc.,), ELINT (Orion, NOSS etc.), SAR (Topez etc.) (TLE update based on observations), Dove (new, many, lesser capable but image widely used in recent news/OSINT/research community) China (datasheet not yet cleaned)-addition (esp. Shijian, Shiyan, Jilin), correction (TJS, Yaogan, Shijian, Shiyan, Jilin) Russia-Just started but its SBIR capability gave insight to the need for detailed sensor capability Others: some classified TEL based on observations, additions here and there. More work on India needed. Capability sections: SBIR and Comms (only some comms capability listed pending sim side progress)
