[ ] Replace the Generic COMINT with Generic SIGINT (sensor 6544). This is good for our players' Mk1 Eyeballs.

Since I found that the COMINT device alone produces the following effects, all my tickets will only have SIGINT. It will keep flashing and flashing, even if the targets have been accurately locked by other sensors.
We can gradually have those DB entries with COMINT replaced by SIGINT, starting with the HIPRI PLA assets.
