Summary of Changes

Its a NATO D band, IEE L band. Can't remember how CMO discriminates between the 2. Mast height should be 23.8meters Add Aesa, IFF and 3D Flags for sure. Likely has has NCTR as well.

Command description files seems to have the updated stats

Oh put the word Radar in the name too so it filters correctly (sorry!)

Fixed for 494. Made a number of adjustments to bring both in line with sourced info.
