Add 9M96D missiles to existing SA-21a/b batteries

Summary of Changes

There is no option for an S-400 battery which has the 9m96/e (40km) or 9m96D/e2 missiles (120km range). Instead only the Sa-21a (48n6dm ~250km) or Sa-21a/b (40n6E ~400km). There is also no option for a battery with all 4 missiles (9m96, 9m96e2, 48n6dm, 40n6e).

Since there is not a 9m96 missile already in the game, for the sake of simplicity, maybe we can see a battery where each launcher has 1 of each missile (3 missiles total per launcher of each type). Would be cool if a SAM battery of S-400 (8 launchers) with 8 missiles of each type for all ranges (120km, 250km, 400km) is added.

Instead only 48n6e3/dm and 40n6a/e are available as separate batteries. The only way to add the 9m96D missiles is to use the S-350 vityaz but it's a completely different system and uses a different fire control/acquisition radar all-together.

So to wrap it up, 9m96D added to existing SA-21 batteries in addition to the longer range ones. So they can launch multiple missile types instead of just the 48n6DM or 40N6.

Little info on SA-21 TELS and what can fire what 2 different TELS for the SA-21A and SA-21B and OSINT evidence shows we're still time of mixed battery and nothing is pure SA-21B.The SA-21B TEL (51P6) can fire both SA-21 and B and swap a tube for 4 9M96D Missile tubes. The SA-21A Tel. (5P85SE-3) can just fire A and swap 1 tube for 4 9M96D tubes. .

Oh, ok I understand. So is it still possible to add another configuration to fire the 9m96 or 9m96e2? Or will the S-350 just have to make do for now? Thank you!
