Hey there, just a quick question if you don't mind : should the type of armor be mentioned too, or it's not relevant ?

cdnice55 commented 2 years ago

The entries that I looked at did not have any armour values listed in the details. The only thing I see in there that might be it is the Missile Defence line, where it says Harpoon/SLAM/maverick equivalents. If I remember correctly that says how many of those it would take to kill the unit(s). Hope that helps!

Hey there, I'm not sure it's displayed in the dB viewer, ingame. In the DB, the armor is set in the armor column of the dataMount table. I really should be asking to Ethan though.

Great work on the Canadian entries by the way cdn55.

Cheers, Claude

I have not actually looked into the DB itself for values. Do you have any suggestions for a program to use to view the db3 file? Is that where you are seeing those values?

Thank you, I enjoy the research and helping to expand the db for everyone. Your entries as well are great additions!

I'm using DB Browser for SQLite, it's free and allows me to have a look at the tables, and sort the values. To make sure I don't break anything, I've copied the DB file to a distinct folder. I've been exporting the table in csv and have been using Excel a lot to link the table (VLookup function mostly). However, I'm getting back into the marvelous world of SQL request to build "views" more efficiently. Feel free to hook me up here, on Discord or even on the forum if anything ain't quite clear.

Thanks, downloaded that and it works perfectly. Will do, have a good night!
