Missing git tag for 2.1.0 release #25

It would be nice to keep PyPI releases and git tags in sync :)

@cdent do you want to push a signed tag as you've done in the past?

Yeah, will do, I guess I forgot to do so last time. It's quite likely I tagged it, but didn't push it. Will check.
