Sync source files with update to cookiecutter. #3654

@mmerickel the critical change to check is models/tutorial/models/__init__.py, as that one has changes pertinent to the wiki tutorial that I carried forward to the subsequent steps.

Also the changes to the code might require minor adjustments to the narrative of the wiki tutorial, specifically when explaining the code in Basic Layout.

Is there anything left to do before a final release of Pyramid 2.0, other than https://github.com/Pylons/pyramid/issues/3407 ?

I don't have any more changes planned right now. We'll do a quick beta with the new changes to pyramid.compat but that's about it.
