The most important skill or ability to be a software developer (What qualities do you think are most important in a developer)

Harmony is the most important. Of course, development capability should be excellent. You belong to the development team. All team members are not perfect, so you have to work together. And, I hope to create synergy effect.

What is more important a platform or a service?

It is a difficult subject. Without a service, there is no reason for the platform to exist. Also, without a great platform, success of service is difficult. So services and platforms must grow together.

Is a computer science degree necessary?

It is not necessary. There are good developers who do not have a degree. But usually developers with degrees are better.

You are a one day teacher at high school. What will you teach for the given one hour.

For Korean high school students, SAT is the most important. So they spend a lot of time in their studies. But I think it is not clear what they want to do when they become adults. What you are interested in, what you are good at, what you want to do I hope they will be more concerned about themselves and design the future.
