Patch for MoinMoin wiki dialect #2

The Trac XSL produces wikitext that is very close to that used by MoinMoin, 
but it's not quite right. One problem are the extraneous [[BR]] tags, as 
mentioned in Issue #1.

Here is a patch to turn CopyAs-Trac.xsl into one tweaked for MoinMoin, (made 
using $ diff -uN CopyAs-Trac.xsl CopyAs-MoinMoin.xsl ).

Feel modify and integrate this into the plugin as you see fit.
