Summary

Add a note in the readme about:

Deleting manifests from /var/lib/rancher/k3s/server/manifests will not remove resources in the cluster: https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/issues/1971
The manifests always get applied on startup, and then while running again whenever the file changes on disk.
