--secrets-encryption is no longer experimental #200

Summary

The option secrets-encryption is still gated in the role behind the experimental tag. However per https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/issues/6581 the flag is no longer experimental. It still shows that in the Server Configuration page but I've confirmed that is just a documentation issue to be resolved https://github.com/k3s-io/docs/issues/76
