Adds option to output to 4 channel wav file
Decrease per channel output volume (1/4 mono, 1/2 stereo) to avoid clipping.
Tested somewhat with the Lionheart tracks from Exotica. Ambermoon intro from exotica fails in stereo and quad mode but the issue seems to be present in the official 1.5 release as well!?
