• Do we need git clone https://github.com/Pyrrha-Platform/Pyrrha-Rules-Decision and cd Pyrrha-Rules-Decisions?
• no src/.env file found within the directory

ACTIONS to take

• copy from sample, point to mariadb in database repo, swaps step 1 and 2
• docker run needs to have --env -file filename in running locally section

Run Locally with Python

• Possibly a more clear description/steps of what you mean by "setup environment variables"

Run Locally with Docker

• Issue below arrives after using command docker run -p8080:8080 -t rulesdecision
  • can't troubleshoot due to no .env file
