Standardize linters for all repos #69

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Note from community member: Maybe it would also be interesting to define which linters do we want to use for the different file-types; for example:

Hadolint -> Docker ESLint -> JavaScript YAMLlint -> YAML
