[Bug]: App stuck in loop #424

What happened?

I just wanted to give a heads-up that when producing my app, it got suck in a loop when producing the code. This wasted a lot of money via the open AI API. It would be beneficial to have something in place to check for this scenario.

This just cost me $30 in 1 hour as it looped (up from $3 total over 2 days. Definitely have to fix this.

Mine is currently stuck in a loop where the agents are trying to end the conversation. It is actually quite humorous that they are aware they are stuck in a loop. It just keeps going and going and going.
