Summary

DjangoCon US has posted its 2022 Code of Conduct transparency report. This report is published after each DjangoCon US conference, anonymously detailing code of conduct reports made to the code of conduct committee.

I'm particularly interested in discussing the challenges that come with running a hybrid event, which is essentially two events at once, due to having to monitor and respond to multiple event spaces at the same time.
