Change conference description to summary #73

To make a little more generic. I'd like to change to "Summary".

The big reason is that we're making the conference news posts a little more generic and adding summary may.

I've also updated the description and added a sample placeholder.

BTW I know there was a similar issue in #69 as this one. In this space I'm not changing anything but the verbiage and providing an example. If they left this blank or not fully filled I can update it as this is what would go into the archive.
