Add Profile page #17

[x] Allow updating profile description
[x] Add telegram id field in profile menu

Please add an option to change the "Language Settings" (which will have initially English and Hebrew as options). This will be needed for #23 .

The profile page has the "settings" button, which will popup a settings menu or will redirect to a settings page (depending on the number of settings options). I believe the settings page will be the right place for all user settings.
