This could be resolved in a variety of ways. such as through Google Sheets or MongoDB/a database of some type.
I think Google Sheets might be a good short-term solution, because it could give users an opportunity to sign-up even before the app gets fully fleshed out. Also, it could be used as a form before User models are created (i.e., in Mongoose for MongoDB).
