Turn bad paste sites into mystbin pastes #41

Allows the bot to automatically pull pastes from sites that support the typical /raw/{slug} format, and redistribute them on mystbin. Currently this does not delete the message, as this could delete initial forum posts or help messages with effort put in to them to explain a situation.

This is now corrected in 6.0.1.
