Exploit - Surface plowed

I was testing the plugin and found an exploit for surface plowed, if there is a flower on a grass block and you hold down right click with a hoe in hand to try "plow" the grass under the flower it will count as a plow in the plugin without doing durability to the hoe and plowing the grass, so you can sit there holding down right click and get all the achievements relatively quickly, note there is no animation for this action.
