Can't enable Pet Master in Advanced Achievements #553

I have install Advanced Achievements v5.12.2 and Pet Master v1.10.0 but the server comes with an error that

[00:04:16] [Server thread/WARN]: [AdvancedAchievements] Overriding configuration: disabling PetMasterGive and PetMasterReceive categories. [00:04:16] [Server thread/WARN]: [AdvancedAchievements] Ensure you have placed Pet Master with a minimum version of 1.4 in your plugins folder or add PetMasterGive and PetMasterReceive to the DisabledCategories list in config.yml.

Do you know how to fix it? My server is using Spigot-d05d3c1-7ffb2a2 (MC: 1.14.3) Full log: https://pastebin.com/aehWK9nr
