[Task] Generate sales models #35

Description Generate models + schemas for use across the project. The following entities must be included:

[ ] Transactions
[ ] Invoices
[ ] Receipts

Additional Information

Models should be placed within the appropriate directory in the Server folder :root/SOEN390_19/Server/src/Models/
Models should be able to contain a pdf/html file to refer to.
Models should refer to a business entity where applicable.
