Description

Add Headers describing the purposes of the files in:

[x] Server/__tests__/
[x] Server/src/Models/
[x] Server/src/Routes/Api/
[x] Server/src/app.js
[x] Server/src/seed.js

Additional Information

Provide a commit each time you complete a group (one commit per checkbox).
Headers should follow this format:
```
/** [File Name]
```
Summary. (Use periods, 1-2 sentences MAX)
Description. (Use periods) */
