Description

Add Headers describing the purposes of the files in:

[x] Client/src/Compnents/
[x] Client/src/Contexts/
[x] Client/src/Forms/
[x] Client/src/app.js
[x] Client/src/index.js
[x] Client/src/APIService.js

Additional Information

Provide a commit each time you complete a group (one commit per checkbox).
Headers should follow this format:
