Make OTP signin signup #26

OTP will be used for both login and signup. And before booking the token one should have his necessary profile details complete.

Profile details to be completed at signup. For reference go through Firebase_testing JS clients. For APIs in API format.json refer: /user/loginfirebase /user/signupfirebase
