Purpose

To use env variable with github action

Why

In usual, env variables are hide because of git ignore so to use env in ecs, have to find a way . I think param store is the answer

[ ] connect with param store
[ ] Iam with ecs and param store

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can not find yet.

will add something with related issue later
