Theora support (from World of Padman with a couple improvements from Turtle Arena) in branch of Spearmint which should port over fairly easily to ioquake3-based projects: https://github.com/zturtleman/spearmint/compare/master...archive/theora-wop

(No plans to mainline it in Spearmint.)

Edit: Spearmint itself is GPLv3+ with additional terms but I grant permission to use these three Theora commits as GPLv2+.
