Explain the use of the digiboard #28

There's no link to open the digiboard at the moment.

I propose to always put the cast-icon in the header, and on mouseover display a tooltip that contains a link to the digiboard (deeplinking if a digiboard number is entered), along with how to set your name and digiboard ID in the code.
