SHOULD BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO DEPLOYMENT TO TEST AND PROD ENVIRONMENTS

Evaluation Form comments boxes styling is lost after user accesses the CV Management page

Scenario -

a) Log in as a trainee.

b) Access the Trainee CV management page

c) Access Trainee Evaluation form history page

d) Select an evaluation form

Evaluation form is displayed but there is an issue with the comment box styling as no border is shown.

The border should be shown the same way it is when the Trainee accesses the evaluation form without first visiting the Trainee CV management page

Task Description

Establish cause of loss of styling and apply fix.

Additional fixes to make:

• "Other" input box to appear only when user clicks "Other".
• Place the options for the first question underneath the question box and make the grey question box smaller
• Alter wording on some of the questions to make them clearer.
