Update drop down list in footer #329

Describe the bug

Prerequisite : After clicking on the link of website, Home page appears. After clicking on start the sign in page appears.

Issue : In the contact us section, Regional office - title is given It has drop down button for delhi regional office

But the issue is : If it has single regional office then drop down button should be removed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove drop down button.
