new page: Resources #47

What about having a new page listing all learning resources? eg:

  1. Textbooks
  2. Lecture Notes
  3. Programming (like Qiskit, CirQ documentations)
  4. Opportunities (like Qiskit Global Hackathon)

We can transfer external events currently in "Events" to this "Resources" page under the "Opportunities" list since "Events" sounds more like referring to events hosted & connected with our club. Maybe can also change it to "Club Events".

What do you guys think?

I think it makes sense. And actually, it was already part of my original plan that you can see on notion here. Somehow it got deprecated by this site structure. But not to worry, this is a work in progress and can always become better.

Instead of creating a full resource guide for quantum computing that is available to all students (even if they don't go to club), we are creating a small-scale "What is quantum computing?" page that talks briefly about applications to attract people if they want to join our club.
