MultiRZ does not work on Microsoft Qenv #1

In scripts/grovefoldonmicrosoftsimulator.py, the MultiRZ gate does not work on the Microsoft simulator, and have to use the default.quit simulator instead to get it to work. When trying to use MultiRZ with the Microsoft simulator, keep getting an error saying that "pi is not supported".
