Victor Cameron and I have worked on the book for workshop 4. We fixed all the current issues with figures, images and equations. In addition, we updated the material to match the presentations. All sections were covered in both french and English including the optional section, which was integrated with the ANOVA (interpreting contrasts, unbalanced anovas) and multiple regression (polynomial regression, variation partitioning) chapters.
We merged the branch _booklauriemaynard with the branch victor prior to the pull requests and all changes should therefore be found in this current branch.
