Connect to k8s-secret-creator (related: https://github.com/QCDIS/NaaVRE-dev-environment/issues/12)

Add env variables: K8S_SECRET_CREATOR_URL and K8S_SECRET_CREATOR_TOKEN
Create secret and return its name
