Publish data to the catalog #45

  1. Push data to LW (auth)
  2. Populate catalog with metadata
  3. User interface to add metadata
  4. Running code to derive metadata (eg get geo information from LAZ files)
  5. Make data product public

Related to metadata catalog (not planned for now). General idea is covered by https://github.com/QCDIS/projects_overview/issues/80
