file calculated_bond_lengths.json missing after installation via pip #4

I have pip installed AaronTools and received an error that calculated_bond_lengths.json is missing. Manually adding the file fixed the issue.

Thank you for letting us know. It looks like the substituents, ligands, rings, and coordination complex files are also missing. These files should now be included in the PyPI distribution (1.0b16).
