Location of QDevil QDAC 1 driver #194

@jpsecher I have been doing some cleanup on the driver shipped with QCoDeS tracked in https://github.com/QCoDeS/Qcodes/issues/4457. Here I noticed that the QDevil QDAC 1 driver is shipped with QCoDeS while the QDac 2 driver is here. What do you think about moving the QDac 1 driver to here and deprecating the on in QCoDeS so that they are shipped as part of the same module?
