Contribution guide #28

This ecosystem deserves a contribution guide. I suggest to have two versions of such a guide:

  1. a short and quick one, written in a single file CONTRIBUTING.md in the root directory of this repository (or all packages of the ecosystem?)
  2. A more comprehensive guide as a section in the documentation of the ecosystem (see #22 )
